O condomínio é limpo e bem seguro, porém não gostei da área de lazer praticamente não tem nada fora uma mesa de de pingue-pongue em uma mesa muito velha de totó. As piscinas são muito frias e os apartamentos muito pequeno para o anúncio de cinco pessoas.
