"I have nothing but amazing things to say about the hotel, Ali, and the entire staff. Even before I arrived, Ali was incredibly helpful with setting up tours during my stay in Giza and gave me great recommendations for food and things to do. The breakfast was excellent, and the complimentary water bottles and overall service were truly appreciated. Samy and the rest of the team were also incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I never had to worry about a thing. Not only is the location fantastic, but the view is absolutely spectacular. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Giza, and I hope to be back again!"

"Best View Ever."

"From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The hotel atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Our room was spotless and the rooftop has one of the best pyramid views. Reception also helped us arrange transportation and excursions around Cairo."

"The good: Good beds, good shower, excellent swimming pool, spa onsite, gym, very good Italian restaurant. Good receiving and room staff. Great service at the pool. Really close to GEM and Giza Pyramids. The bad: Pillows are tall and hard, impossible to use, will remind you of Giza pyramids’ blocks. Taxi service provided by the hotel wanted 80 USD to take us to the airport. We had paid 12 USD by uber from the airport to the hotel. Even at peak rush hour we paid 24 USD. To ask for 80 USD felt like calling us idiots."

"Great stay."

"I just spent three nights at this hotel, and it was a fantastic stay! The room was recently renovated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The air-conditioning system and bathroom were both modern and clean. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Karam greeted me upon arrival and was very helpful throughout my visit. I also received excellent assistance from Sandra and Hana. Everyone spoke English, and there was always someone available 24/7 to help. Last night, Aly helped me order food from a local restaurant at around 2 AM. Since I didn’t have cash, the hotel kindly paid for it, and I settled the payment with my card. Overall, it was an amazing stay with great staff. I will definitely be back!"

"The staff was amazing !!!"

"An unforgettable experience in front of the Pyramids of Giza ✨ The view was absolutely breathtaking, the food was delicious, and the people made us feel like family from the first moment. Authentic Egyptian hospitality, amazing atmosphere, and memories I will never forget. If you visit Giza, this place is truly a must ❤️🇪🇬"

"Great staff with big smiles and welcoming energy 100% of the time. I had an amazing experience here, and the views of the Pyramids right in front of the hotel were unreal. The rooftop restaurant overlooks the Pyramids, so having breakfast during sunrise or dinner at sunset was absolutely perfect. But honestly, what made this place truly memorable was the staff. They were incredibly attentive and always went above and beyond to make sure every need was taken care of. Definitely recommend staying here!"
