8/10 Very good
The apartment was very clean and a good size with a lovely pool and garden area. There was a fridge/kettle and basic crockery/cutlery. The owner Nick was extremely helpful and despite us arriving late due to flight delays (1.00 am) he came straight away to check us in. It is worth noting that Nick has left his phone number on the gate for late arrivals, there was no way via Expedia to contact him as the number given didn't work and we were panicking in case we had to spend the night on the street! This is something that Expedia should perhaps state in the description.
As others have said it is opposite a bar that remains open until the early hours. Nick offered us a room at the rear so it didn't bother us but perhaps might be an issue for some, especially if you have small children.
Extremely good value for money but air con was at a small extra cost, depending on the time of year you probably wouldn't need it.
All in all we would say our stay was very good (no stars available for that) and we would certainly consider staying there again.
