Clean hotel room, nice waterfall shower, easy check-in and not too far from central Madrid on the Metro

Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I really loved the location—there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel and a metro station just a 5-minute walk away. Having a direct connection to the city center made getting around super easy. Highly recommended!

Clean, new hotel, reasonable location, very close to a Metro. Only small things, no USB points in room, that’s all really, good choice of hotel and would stay gain.

We had a great time at B&B San Fermin. The hotel is close to the metro station and bus stops. Easy to reach from the airport (1 hr approx). The hotel is new. The room was spotless and spacious, shower area also was clean and also spacious. The breakfast was good and tasty with good variety from cereal to cold and hot dishes, coffee, pastries, etc. The staff were always helpful and friendly.

I was very impressed with this property and all the amenities. For the cost per night I found it to be an extremely good value and I would absolutely stay here again. The staff are very eager to help and are incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean. We were accomodated by the staff even though we arrived early. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. The main hall was very clean. The AC functioned perfectly. The hotel is about 7 min walk from San Fermin-Orcasur station. It is also close to many fast food joints and grocery stores. The staff even spoke English.

Hotel is new and modern. Excellent location close to local bars and restaurants just across the road. Metro is nearby which takes you directly to centre. Soundproofing is great. A/C works well. Breakfast was poor and cold both mornings due to being overheld I would say. But I can't fault the hotel overall as it served our purpose perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

6/10 Good

The telephone and the in-room safe box in my original room were not working. The receptionist was helpful and kindly arranged for me to move to another room. Unfortunately, although the telephone in the second room was working, the safe was still not functioning. Considering that this is a brand-new building, I found it very disappointing that these basic room amenities were not working properly.
