6/10 Good

Staff were excellent. The manor is a magnifect property but several areas need attention.Rooms could use updates.Close Parking is very limited and available spots are an inconvience and problem for aging quests especially during inclement weather. The guests would also benefit from a lounge and a place to purchase sundries. During our stay the few stool bar was unmamed and Montees was in fact closed one evening with no food available anywhere in the hotel. Once again staff was great and thanks for listenig.

Extremely comfortable and clean. The Deluxe Studio is one of my favorite rooms I’ve ever stayed in at a hotel. The view was incredible, the staff were so friendly, and Monte’s was amazing. I can’t wait to come back here!

8/10 Very good

Hotel indoor pool and hot tub were exceptional. Very cool vibes inside the hotel. Prime location in Montauk and great facility with helpful staff working there. Had a first floor room which was nice but wish it was a floor or two up for personal reasons. Nice family trip to Montauk and loved it for first timer.
