First, we got there around 7pm. My first impression was it was a pay by the hour hotel. There was a window and a bell. But we went inside the lobby anyway. The older man who checked me in, asked my name, handed me the credit card machine. Then handed me one key and my card back. I don't think he spoke more than 5 words to me. No wifi was given to us. In fact, no info was given to us. The room was clean and neat. Probably because it was a new hotel. My husband went to get ice with the ice bucket and was told by the same man, no ice machine. Two days later, a woman came down for ice and they went in the office and came back with ice. Check out was no better than check in. The lobby was locked, so the only option was to drop the key in the tray. My husband was concerned the key would be taken, so he rang the bell. We got the same man, very surly . Also, there was only one sheet on the bed.
