Amazing stay! The room and property were so clean and glamorous, but the most impressive part was how nice and helpful the staff all were. They went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable, from having my room ready early to arranging late checkout, and providing great tips on where to eat. I could not recommend this hotel enough - it was truly worth the price and made for a great finale to my Lake Como trip.

We stayed here recently for 1 night and the staff were extremely helpful from check in to check out. We enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast in the hotel which were both exquisite. The room was brilliant with a lovely view of the lake. We will be returning. Cannot recommend enough.

Very clean and comfortable room with all the amenities. The included breakfast buffet was exceptional and we had a view to the lake from our table that we we will remember forever!! A free shuttle to and from the train station was an asset. Very friendly personnel. We ate at La visteria in the hotel and had the most wonderful culinary experience , michelin type experience, although not michelin starred or Bib awarded restaurant , certainly was at this level. Highly recommended.
