-The manager was awful and had the worst customer service
-We waited in line for 45 minutes at check in. There was only 1 other person in front of us.
-I had called previously to verify the pet policy and the security deposit, but was not able to get ahold of anyone.
-He claimed that he was unable to view my information in the system and made me repeat all my information. I stated that something must be wrong with his system because I had never had this problem before. He then began to argue with me after he swiped our credit card, asking me if I was sure I wanted to stay there because he could “make that happen”. His confrontational attitude made me feel uncomfortable, and we felt stuck, as though we had to stay there since we had already paid for the 2 nights.
-When we finally got our room keys, the room keys did not work.
-Once we got our new keys, we open the door, only to find out that SOMEONE ELSE’S luggage is already in the room. When we told the front desk, the manager, who was supposed to be off duty magically appeared. However, he hid in the back office and mumbled some excuse about how it was a mistake but it was fine. He did not come out to the front desk and apologize at all.
-At that point we were too tired to pack up and leave, so once we finally got our new room (and keys that finally worked), we i formed the night manager that we would not be staying the second night, which we had already paid for:were told CC would be refunded but remains to be seen….
