The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of options. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I felt welcomed throughout my stay. The place is always grea! Clean, staff is friendly and centrally located but this time around they had issues with the power. The owner themselves come to the property to make sure it got fix quickly and even if it took a little bit longer than expected they make sure things were working good before they left. Always a pleasure to stay at Othelo

Overall the hotel is according to the price. It has a great location, close to downtown. Be aware there is no elevator. It gets a bit loud in the morning, from people talking in the hallway and nearby. The staff was nice and helpful.

A very nice hotel in Leon. Very centrally located. The only drawback was that there was no elevator. Other than that, a very nice place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.

The property was very well kept and the staff were all attentive and extremely polite. Special thanks to Cady and Lucy for their kindness and suggestions for local sites to visit. The breakfast although light was very tasty and more than sufficient to get your day started. I only wish coffee or hot water was readily available throughout the day.

Gorgeous

There's a little balcony but you can't go out. The breakfast is litterally just 2 pieces of toast, a small plate of papaya, and a tiny yogurt. The place is gorgeous and the staff is friendly. Super short 4 block walk to stores and restaurants.

2 nights at the Othelo

We stayed 2 nights. We arrived an hour early for our check-in and were kindly greeted and given a room. The room though, was not very comfortable. The bed and pillows were lame and the shower was a disaster.(Room X)
