The staff and amenities were really good. The room was very small, not sure if that’s common in Greece. The view was the highlight. However the property is located at the bottom so it was almost a 7 min walk from the main square. It was hard on the knees so if you choose this place be prepared to make that climb everytime you want to go out.

The property was lovely, staff amazing, the rooms are only ok and in need of some TLC in terms of bathroom fixes and repairs, and patio furnishings were worn and unserviceable which made sitting outside to enjoy the view less desirable. Lower rooms have more tourists foot traffic which was unexpected, surrounded by drones and photographers.

Property was stunning - be warned it’s a walk to the property on the walking route and you will get your stair workout - but it’s so worth it. Our junior suite was perfect, beautifully detailed and the view is incredible. Less crowded than Fira or Oia, quiet, lovely. Be sure to go to Avocado restaurant nearby, Greek food was amazing and clearly a family business.

we loved many things about this property. The staff was attentive and friendly. There is one thing about this property that the reviews and the description fail to address. This is not a property to stay in if you are an older couple. There is no elevator and the steps connecting you to your room and the restaurant and pool can be daunting. we had 75 very steep stairs steps from our room to breakfast. 250 stairs steps from our room to the square where you arrive and depart to any activity. After 4 days of doing this sometimes 3 times a day we are exhausted ! Please be cautious if booking this hotel and you are over 70 or not in very good athletic shape.

The property of the Grace hotel was exceptional. The rooms and the views were breathtaking. The service was exceptional. The accessibility should be noted that in order to access this property and most you need to be able to walk many many steps. The hotel pool was gorgeous, and the staff were wonderful.

I cannot say enough. From the girls at the front desk, Angela and Matina, to the managers Jerry and George and the servers George and everyone! They made our stay amazing. This was an amazing stay at the Grace Hotel. For the entire stay, the whole staff is extremely friendly and engaged. Every staff member was very helpful and made our stay a very pleasant and hospitable experience. This was hands down the best service I have received at any 5-star hotel (or any hotel) I have stayed at. Definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel when staying in Santorini. In addition to the service, the rooms and facilities are well maintained and property is beautiful with great view of the sea and top notch restaurant. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Santorini!

View was great, room was lovely. Staff was friendly. Spa was terrible. There’s actually no spa. Massage was subpar for the price of what a luxury spa would charge. The massage was done in a yoga room on portable massage beds with towels that were not even soft. The restaurant dinner pre fixed was very mediocre for the cost
