Hotel was beautiful, super clean and well located. Room was very nice and bed very comfortable. Two comments for improvement. Early check-in We emailed few days in advance requesting early check in as our flight was arriving very early from Canada. We were open to pay extra. At check in we were told early check in was not possible, not even by one hour, as the hotel was fully booked, which we found odd as hotel was very quiet at all times. Breakfast Breakfast was ok, but no made to order items and very little warm options.

Clean room and helpful staff, lovely gym but the only dissapointment would be the spa facilities. Sauna was on the colder side and steam room didn’t seem to be on and the spa staff weren’t particularly welcoming but hotel reception helpful and a nice room. Stayed in a few other cheaper hotels that were nicer in Tirana but if you are looking for somewhere clean in the centre this does the job

Rooftop bar the only place in the world i found cinnamon ice cream. Big room great spa even without paid treatments, great gym. Perfect location and good breakfast. Staff is polite and professional but there's not much tourist info or value add in that regard.

Very good location to major attractions in Tirana. It is an expensive hotel and it tried to be a five-star hotel but just not there yet. We booked our airport pickup via the hotel, but could not find my name and hotel name sign as hotel told me ar arrival. Asked someone help us on calling hotel at midnight, back and forth, found the pickup drive hold a sign with someone else name and no hotel name. Driver said hotel told him wrong, hotel said the drive messed up. No one apologized to us but we were delayed further into early morning.
