Mahtavalla sijainnilla oleva hotelli
Hyvällä sijainnilla oleva hotelli, hyvät huoneet, marian kirkkoa vieressä, josta mukavasti kirkon kellot herättävät aamuisin. Kattava Spa ja sauna mahdollisuudet. Good location, nice rooms, church is just opposite so some bells noice making your stay unforgetable in positive way. Good spa and sauna offers.

Exceptional 10.0
Great hotel right in the middle of city center by the Neptune Fountain and St Mary’s Church. I would stay here again if I was traveling back to Gdansk. Comfy bed, great location, wonderful view, and quiet. All around a fantastic hotel!

Go somewhere else
made this reservation grudgingly as an extension of an unhappy stay. But i had a business day trip on the last day of my previous stay and no time to get a new hotel and store my luggage. well, upon checking in again, I was not surprised by the weirdness. This time I was given my keycard and was asked to fill out an additional payment form... my booking was already paid for thru What was I being asked to sign? A deposit or some weird payment process for possible damages in the room that I was about to enter. I had not had to sign this previously. I had no problem signing it, but they required me to write my credit card number.... no, i am not giving that out. The receptionist pushed, but i refused and pointed out that I did not have to fill out such a form when I was with my family. She finally gave up as I said I would just go somewhere else. I went to my room and found potato chips lying on the floor behind the bed... I had some work to do, so I setup my laptop at the desk.... the deskchair was originally a rolling chair, but now all the wheels were torn off. the furniture during my previous stay was great. I finished my work with bad wifi, slept through the cold night with no heat again and woke up every few hours to the sound of the church bells.. in my original stay I thought people were over exaggerating the church bells... but now I know--the courtyard side of the hotel gets the full blast of the sound. this place--never again. GREAT LOCATION though

No heat in sub-zero winter, bad wifi
Cold December visit and heaters were turned off every night. Every pass thru the lobby one could witness a guest complaining about no heat and staff pretending it was an isolated problem. Unacceptable. Wifi was intermittent
