We loved staying here. Beautiful place inside and even has a shared rooftop space with some loungers. Highly recommend if you want a nice space that is within reasonable proximity to Old San Juan.

The location of the room was ideal for catching an Uber to visit around Viejo San Juan where you can find a supermarket, tourist attractions, and restaurants. — it’s right on the corner & you will hear the traffic from your room.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, and very accessible. Lots of space. Great location and in walkable distance from old San Juan city. Highly recommend.

Stayed one night. Got on cruise next morning. The room is in historic district so dont expect the holton. But was clean and adequate.

Location was cool, I kept calling the host and never got a response. The floors were filthy , like absolutely filthy I was so shocked. This place is great for one night.

The spot itself was not bad, close access to everything and the room was well advertised. Communication with the staff was not the best. Language barrier was not an issue, they just wouldn’t respond to requests/needs.

6/10 Good

The location is good. However, we were disappointed in several things. The floor was filthy. The coffee pot did not work. The kitchen had only a few things. There was no soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We had to go and purchase these. The furniture was dirty, some even had stains. The one good thing, the bed was comfy and the sheets were clean.
Dirty floor
Stain and dirty furniture
Empty containers
Coffee pot that did not worked

Great spot and very clean apartment. It was a little hard to find and parking was full when we came in. We parked in street so it worked out. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance and is close to beach trail to run, bike or walk.

The stay was really good, the check in process was automated, so, everything was ready by the time we came. Excellent proximity to old San Juan town and beach, plenty of restaurants and bars around…

Great clean place to stay. The only thing bad is walls are paper thin and there’s a gym next door so you can hear everything from morning til night.

Upon arrival I made a call to assure myself about the parking mention in the message. The person who answered left on hold for about 15 minutes and never answered. I hung up and look it up myself. Other than that excellent spot.

Double check the check in instructions with the host (exact location of the unit and parking + access code).
