More patience and kindness needed
Soraya at the spa was incredible, very helpful and kind. Sergio at bar was also helpful and gave us tip to move around, though someone else wasn’t that thoughtful and kind when an English speaker came to the bar, appalling behaviour but hospitality stuff. Mentioned to front desk and no follow up was given… shame really! Hotel is super quiet , good food and breakfast and spa is decent as well.

Amazing stay. Beautiful historical building from the 16th Century and it was once the university of Catalina. Room is big. Breakfast was great, too. The highlight is the spa and the building itself. Will definitely come back if I come back to El Burgo de Osma.

Comfort and History
Very comfortable rooms in a lovely old building. There is a very nice traditional restaurant (Virrey) next door. A shame that the swimming pool was not yet open end May.

We were visiting our son who had just moved near the hotel in Spain. It was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been in. The history and architecture were striking. The restaurant was delicious and kind to hungry Americans. It’s easily walkable to all Burgos de Osma has to offer including the Main Street and castle. The springs under the hotel were a treat! Bring your suit for a relaxing few hours. I loved the in room amenities including a comfy bathrobe and a warming rack for wet suits in the bathtub. The only bummer is there’s no free parking so you have to use an underground structure where the spots are very tight: and pay for it daily but that’s the way many hotels do it so wasn’t surprised.

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre par 27°
Pas de climatisation dans la chambre alors qu il faisait 27°, la reception nous a indiqué qu il nebmettait pascla climatisation car il chauffait la nuit et sunil fallaitbattendrevla nuit carvil faisait froid. Finalement apres avoir insisté on nous a changé de chambre moins exposé au soleil .

Bienestar asegurado en edificio precioso
Bienestar y confort en un balneario de calidad. Estuvimos solo una noche pero aprovechamos para spa y un gran desayuno con productos de calidad de la zona, bien controlada la oferta sin gluten y de platos calientes a la carta.
Habitación abuhardillada con cama King size.
Productos de higiene de su linea estética que huelen y sientan genial.

L hotel è uno splendido esempio di restauro di una struttura monumentale in disuso.
Si possono o meno condividere alcune scelte architettoniche, ma l effetto complessivo è indubbiamente gradevole.
Ottima colazione.
Quello che non mi ha assolutamente soddisfatto è il layout del bagno e la sua conseguente mancanza di funzionalità e confort.
Nonostante l utilizzo di materiali di pregio e la disponibilità di spazio in abbondanza le scelte fatte sono la negazione più totale della funzionalità. Viene da chiedersi se chi lo ha progettato ha mai soggiornato in un hotel ed usato un bagno. La ricerca dell effetto estetico ha ignorato la funzionalità

Deux points négatifs à relever: l'absence de balcon en intérieur et de jardin en extérieur. Pour tout le reste c'est excellent. On notera en particulier les sublimes petits déjeuners composés de produits de grande qualité proposés à volonté. Tout simplement remarquable. L'espace balnéo est top et les massages proposés à des prix très abordables sont réalisés par des professionnelles très compétentes. En bref: n'hésitez pas à descendre dans cet hôtel !
