*HULYA / FULYA THE MANAGER, was extremelyDISRESPECTFUL and rude. Instead of helping resolve our issues, she threatened to kick us out. The rooms were nasty, the water was cold, and the AC didn’t work. The front desk girls were also rude and unhelpful. Absolutely horrible experienceWould NOT recommend!!!!!!! this hotel will ruin your whole trip experience!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE . **HULYA / FULYA, OTEL MÜDÜRÜ, son derece SAYGISIZ ve kaba biriydi\.** Sorunlarımızı çözmek yerine bizi otelden kovmakla tehdit etti\.
