The hotel nailed it this ramadhan. Whoever suggested to start sahoor at 11pm was a genius move. It created a lot of ease and I would definitely definitely stay here again. Also to mention Shahad at the reception. She was the exact opposite of a grumpy manager I initially met. Very welcoming and bright, she is a symbol of what the hotel stands for. The room was comforting and I can't complain about my experience. More than expected.

The front staff was not helpful at all. They keep saying check in at 4pm even though yours indicates 2pm. We had to approach the DM Mr Badr and Mr Mustafa for help who got us checked in within 20mins. Thankful for their help and they should be appreciated for their service

Breakfast and dinner were generally the same. The variety of food was limited, but the taste was average. Room cleanliness at the hotel was good. However, the hotel has a general problem with humidity, mold, and dampness. It was not worth paying this much.
