Not prepared arrived late and room had no ice . Television down not function and pool out of service which I asked if I can use upon arrival . I will never return but place has potential . Of and they wanted to give me a 20 lbs bag of ice for 5 bucks which is an insult

La habitación ya se ve vieja, no es parecida a otras habitaciones en las que me he hospedado anteriormente, se requiere servicio de mantenimiento. Faltaron algunos utensilios de cocina y en nuestra reservación decía que tendríamos vista al mar, y lo único que se veían eran árboles, si la habitación no tiene vista al mar, entonces no ofrecerla con vista al mar. Hicimos llamada a recepción para pedir toallas de papel para cocina, y nos dijeron que no habían, que esas las ponía el huésped,
En todas las ocasiones anteriores siempre estaban ahí. En la cocina los sartenes todo se queda pegado, solamente había una toalla de tela para cocina y eso no es suficiente para limpiar y secar después de cocinar, en el pasado era mucho mejor, llevo años hospedándome ahí, y he estado múltiples veces y esta es la primera vez que me llevo un mal sabor de la visita. Tampoco tuvimos estacionamiento cerca de nuestra cabaña, tuvimos que estacionar en el área de checkin y desde ahí trasladar equipaje, algunos de nuestros equipajes pesaban bastante. El día que llegamos encontramos bolsas de basura a la entrada de nuestra cabaña, llamamos a recepción para reportarlo y enviaron para limpiarlo, esto es algo que un huésped recién llegado no debería hacer.

I like the views we had from our condo. Everything about the location to the staff was great. My kids loved the pool area and also that we had howler monkeys outside our bedroom windows. The only thing that was inconvenient was that we did not have a TV. Normally this would not be an issue but the fact that it was in the amenities and this one reason we picked it traveling with kids.
We also have a 4 legged son that could not make the trip as it said that no pets are allowed. But when we arrived seen several guet walking their pets.

My husband and I love coming to Palermo for years because it’s just right for us. The villas are comfortable, clean and most have a great view of the ocean and vicinity. However the T.V. Cable SERVICE MAKES THIS PLACE WHOLE. I HOPE THEY FIX THE SITUATION SOON BECAUSE THE WIFI DOESN'T WORK ITS DELAYED AND IT FREEZES ALL THE TIME AND ITS ANNOYING SO YOU CANT WATCH ANYTHING AT ALL. 🙁🙁

Awesome place, but double check your reservations
A friend and I each booked a villa here. Beautiful place! The problem is, the hotel desk closed at 8pm (not midnight, as advertised). The gate guard had my friend’s reservation, but had no idea of my stay, as the hotel had cancelled my reservation! My attempts to show my proof of payment and reservation # were unsuccessful. I had to bunk with my buddy. Next day, front desk said that my booking was cancelled once I applied a hotels.com coupon. The hotel thought my entire stay was removed, not just the price adjustment. They couldn’t refund, since hotels.com had already taken my payment.
