This hotel was one of the most expensive in the are. For 3 guests in a two queen bed room, It had one big and one small towel. One mini soap. One small blanket on each bed. The matresses were of a very poor quality and hard. The staff was nice but overworked. 6:00am to 10:00 am. The water in the pool was dirty.
I would not remommend this hotel to anyone

Accueil au top , merci à Vera qui 10 mn après notre arrivée en voiture de Tikal vers 15 h nous réservait des places sur une lancha publique pour Livingston (125 Q) pour le lendemain à 9h30 avec « pickup » à l’embarcadère de l’hôtel même.
L’hôtel accepte de garder le véhicule durant les nuitées à Livingston (100 Q par jour) et garde même les bagages.
L’hôtel est situé dans un parc avec marina hyper sécurisé.
Les installations sont un peu surannées mais très fonctionnelles.
Chambre spacieuse avec vue sur le lac , salle de bain ok avec eau chaude.
Piscine agréable donnant sur le lac.
Dîner et petit-déjeuner à la carte servi à table de bonne qualité à un très bon rapport qualité prix.
Au total un très bon choix d’hotel d’étape sur la route de Livingston.

Es un hotel antiguo y muy reconocido en Río Dulce, pero esa misma antigüedad ha pasado factura, ya que si bien es cierto el servicio es excelente, el restaurante muy bueno y cuenta con varias actividades (piscina, jacuzzi, kayaks, ping pong, etc.), el estado de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear y más aún por el elevado precio por noche (alrededor de $120 la noche).

Beautiful location with very nice views from the rooms and restaurant, but it feels outdated, the rooms are old, the bed is not comfortable and the rooms and bathroom need to be remodeled!

Not what I expected for the price I paid
Rooms are BASIC The beds are super hard and the pillows are old . They don't offer coffe makers or bathroom supplies. Upon arrivel they count every glass, pillow, plastic hangers ( yeah hangers) in your room and tell you you are responsible if they go missing. Not what I expected for the amount of money we paid.
