hotel is in a good location overlooking the marina and only a short walk into town with it's many restaurants and bars. The room was comfortable, however sea view rooms have stairs from the bathroom which we did not like, and no walk in shower just above the bath. The indoor pool was lovely and there is also an outdoor pool but umbrellas were limited unless you helped yourself as they were not set up (out of season!).

We had a lovely stay in this unusual and historical hotel. Though we didn't use the pool, the gym and the spa, the facilities are there if you want them. Our room was spacious and well equipped, albeit a tad dark. The location and surroundings were perfect; away from the hub bub of the busy bar and restaurant area.
