All staff from security, reception, restaurant & cleaning were so welcoming & friendly. All staff spoke good english.
Hotel was excellent with free boat ride & afternoon tea.
Rooms were clean & modern.
Eating in the restaurant is pricey.

This is the best property in Kollam. The views of the Ashtamudi lake and the surrounding scenery are both jaw dropping. Breakfast is a grand feast! Staff is responsive and very helpful. I always stay here when I’m in Kollam.
