本日午前9時頃、ノックや事前の連絡も一切ないまま、スタッフがカードキーで私たちの部屋のドアを開け、入室しようとしました。おそらく清掃のためだったと思われます。
当時、私は起床直後で着替えもしておらず、このような対応はホテルとして極めて不適切で あり、非常に不快でした。この行為は安全面においても問題があり、到底容認できるものではありません。
私はこれを重大な権利侵害であり、私および同伴者の安全を脅かす行為だと考えています。同伴者は強いストレスを受けており、精神的な被害も生じています。もしこの部屋に女性が一人で宿泊していた場合、さらに深刻な事態に発展していた可能性もあります。
つきましては、ホテル側からの正式な説明を求めるとともに、今回の件により台無しとなった滞在・一日分に対する全額返金を要求いたします。
また、再発防止のための適切な対応を講じていただき、その内容についてご報告いただきますようお願いいたします。
