8/10 Very good

The staff was’nt trained enough. At the check-in the girl at the desk wrote wrongly the psw of wi-fi. The waiters at breakfast were inadequate, they moved all around but you have to wait for everything. The hotel is in a good position close to shops and restaurants. The room was big, beautiful but it is not acoustically isolated so you can hear the traffic

6/10 Good

I booked three days, especially to enjoy the roof terrace and pool. Two of those days the roof terrace was rented out for a private event. Since my room was directly below the roof terrace, I also got the thumping of the music. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived; the staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The facilities are top-notch. The spa is a sanctuary of relaxation, and the pool area is beautifully maintained, perfect for unwinding. With such great amenities and attention to detail, this hotel offers a truly premium experience. Highly recommended!

Great room, well appointed and staff was friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 as the rooftop pool was closed during our entire stay. Despite that we had a great stay and would higly recommend.

Great location, very nice staff at the bar and the reception, servers in the restaurant at breakfast can be more attentive you need to go them to order a cappuccino or eggs, they don’t come to you to offer anything. The room service was excellent.
