Excellent location for nearby attractions, restaurants and shops. Easy to access metro nearby. Staff was incredibly helpful. Room was great, perhaps a tiny bit of touch ups around the tub area might be beneficial. Great coffee via pods, and a fabulously comfortable bed. Our room had no view at all but was quiet. Again, such a comfortable bed, probably the best bed we have had in Europe anywhere regardless of hotel ranking! Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again.

The checkin instructions identified there was no front desk, however there is. Once you walk to the back of the bar to the right you’ll find a hallway with a receptionist there. The hotel is a great location very walkable to shops. Felt safe even with the party outside till 4am. Loud music plays all night with about 1 hour of quiet until they start cleaning up and recycling glass. The room only works when your key is inserted which meant this rooms refrigerator didn’t stay on or cool nor did the AC stay on while we were out. We were there during the first heat wave of May too. I had asked the front desk to checkout at noon, and then the housekeeping knocked at 11:10 while rinsing off. With the language barrier tried to clarify we checked out at noon, and then another knock on the door moments later by receptionist asking what we said to the house keeper… felt confrontational and the only poor experience we had. Brussels was our favorite stop on our trip. Great place. Would recommend the hotel if you are good with late night partying or can sleep through anything. Breakfast was pretty good too, and they will hold your bags.
