El hotel en general terrible y el staff muy mal servicio, en 5 noches no le hicieron limpieza al cuarto, reporte varias cosas mal y no le dieron solución, el TV nunca funcionó bien , ningún canal se apreciaba bien . Todo fue una completa mal experiencia, no volveré a quedarme en Hyatt Hotel ni lo recomendaré!! Lo que gastaste se me debería reembolsar. Allí puse la queja con el manager general y con el manager asistente. The hotel was terrible overall, and the staff provided very poor service; my room wasn't cleaned once during my five-night stay. I reported several issues, but nothing was resolved—the TV never worked properly, and the picture quality on every channel was poor. It was a completely bad experience; I will never stay at a Hyatt hotel again, nor will I recommend one! I should be refunded for what I spent. I lodged a complaint with both the general manager and the assistant manager.
