Magical place, excellent service.

A warm welcome at our late night entrance set the tone for the rest of this luxurious all inclusive accommodation. Restaurant staff, eco tour guides were all personable and knowledgeable. Hotel location just outside the boundaries of Torres de Paine national park allows majestic view of the Torres across El Sarmiento lake from all of the rooms.

The location and the views from the hotel's wonderful property are unbeatable. What really makes this place special is the staff. Everything vastly exceeded any expectations I had, from the extremely friendly, extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable staff to the delicious food - all enclosed in a beautiful building with spacious and comfortable accommodations and a wonderful and relaxing time spa set in a spectacular environment. The stay was a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Torres Del Paine. The manager was very attentive and took great care in watching out for all the guests. Food was the weakest area of the hotel and I would encourage improved culinary options and execution given price point on the hotel
