The stay at Hyatt was amazing. From check in to check out. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They remembered everything about us during our 4 night stay. Food allergies/ restrictions to preference on how we like the eggs. The facilities are really nice and top notch as well. From activities for kids like the Hyatt club, pool, rock climbing and much more. Restaurants for everyone’s taste. Highly recommend the regency club option. Shout out to Thao for special attention to detail.
