Hotel jest świetnie położony. Pokoje są czyste, ale przynajmniej dla nas łóżko było za miękkie. Mini bar pusty. Rozczarowała nas restauracja. Ceny nieadekwatne do jakości posiłku (sałatka z polędwiczką wieprzową, którą zamówiłam, to wysypany na talerz mix sałat, trzy pomidorki koktajlowe, pokrojony w paski plaster szynki i kilka orzeszków). Długo czekaliśmy aż ktoś się nami zajmie. W niedziele od 21 wszystko pozamykane. W sobotę od 23. Brakowało miejsca, w którym można by było napić się drinka. Super basen i strefa spa choć mogliby powiększyć sobie taras przy basenie i dorzucić tam mini barek - dużo by tym zyskali. Podsumowując - cena nieadekwatna do jakości.

Mam wrażenie jak bym była w szpitalu, Pani sprzątająca od 7.00 trzaskała wiadrami i drzwiami trochę wyczucia niedziela rano, przyjechaliśmy wypocząć, niestety nie udało się. Wielki minus. Poza tym źle zostałam rozliczona i czeka drugi tydzień na zwrot pieniędzy - na razie cisza.

Really nice spa-hotel in the middle of nature. Supernice interior, great food and saunas. Also nature for adenturer - rented bikes for a 4-hour hike - awesome.

Modern hotel in a medieval setting
The hotel is set in a stunning location built into the hillside and old castle.
It has a very modern feel to it and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I had a double room and my only issue really was the size of the quilt compared to the bed - if there were 2 people 1 would not be under the cover unless you were very close,
There is a good sized swimming pool and spa on site.
The restaurant is good - a bit expensive for Poland but the quality is good. I had goats cheese with cranberry which was good but missing some warm crusty bread. The steak was excellent as was the creek brûlée.
The only problem is the hotel tends to attract corporate groups and when I was here this time there was a loud group of 20+ who gradually got louder but there is another room so if you notice a large group ask to sit in the other room.
Breakfast is a good selection of hot and cold food
Would I stay again if I’m in the area - a definite yes

Hotel na wysokości 511m n.p.m w ciekawej turystycznie okolicy w sąsiedztwie ruin zamku. Opis hotelu na stronie hotels.com jest zgodny z rzeczywistością; pokoje ładne, jest basen i SPA. Sam obiekt to rozbudowana dawna stanica harcerska. Koncepcja architektoniczna jest całkiem ciekawa. Ale niestety są uwagi negatywne. Widać zużycie hotelu, np. odpadające kafelki na balkonie, poszarzałe ręczniki. Śniadanie jest dobre z wyborem, ale co do kolacji to mam zastrzeżenia. Kuchnia jest słaba i droga (np. sałatka z kozim serem, to zielenina, smażony ser, cienkie plasterki gruszki i coś jeszcze..podane...) Jakieś sześc lat temu tuż po otwarciu hotelu było zdecydowanie lepiej. Dzisiaj obiekt nastawiony jest na grupy biznesowe, szkolenia i zjazdy firmowe. Wyraźne obniżenie lotów. Parking dla gości hotelowych płatny 30 PLN

This hotel is situated in an absolutely stunning location; however, the staff could be better trained to deal with guests. We were four internationally experienced business travellers, staying in 4 rooms for three nights on this trip. At checkin the desk clerk was on the phone and we waited over 15 minutes before we were acknowledged. The first night - other than the fact that the first four choices of wine were not available at dinner and two of the guests had difficulties sorting out heat in their rooms - was relatively fine as was breakfast. The second night there was a “party” at the hotel which went until 4 in the morning making sleep, even with earplugs, very difficult for two of the team. One of the guests asked for a different room but was advised there were non available - fair enough, but it would have been nice for the hotel to have placed/given priority to non funtion guests in the quiet wing of the hotel when they first checked in. Breakfast on day two lacked eggs at the buffet so we ordered directly from the kitchen and all was well. Morning showers saw a long wait for any warm water. Night three was quieter but breakfast saw three of four omlettes ordered being very undercooked. Respecting the room amenities - two towels per room per day ( one bath and one hand towel). Adequate but in a spa hotel one could expect double that amount per room. beds were adequate as were other room amenities. To be honest, I was very disapointed with this stay.

Resort is located in quiet, rocky surrounding, on the hill at 511 meters over the sea level, which is the highest spot in Jura Park. This is prfect location for biking / hiking and skiing lovers. Nearby ruins of medieval castle adding extraordinary character of this place. Rooms are modern and facility offers many amenities like 20 meters pool, hot tubs, and steam rooms. All with spring water. I highly recommend this place for family vacations and wellness.

Okolica ciekawa, ale maksymalnie na dwa dni => jest trochę atrakcji dla dzieci, warto zwiedzić zamek Ogrodzieniec. Hotel ciekawy architektonicznie, fajny basen. Niestety obsługa szwankuje => w restauracji na obsługę trzeba się cierpliwie naczekać, room service zapomina uzupełnić kosmetyki, itd. Duże negatywne zaskoczenie to opłata za parking dla gości hotelowych... ale podobno taka jest polityka hotelu. Generalnie OK, ale value/money niezbyt korzystnie...

Near Zawiercie Paradise
The hotel location in the hilly Zaglebie region with beautiful scenery was a sportsman's paradise. The hotel did not have an elevator for the upper floor so it made it difficult for the elderly and handicapped if rooms are not available on the main floor.

Bardzo ciekawe rozwiązanie architektoniczne obiektu. Doskonała baza wypadowa dla chcących zwiedzić okolicę, a jest w niedalekiej odległości sporo różnych atrakcji turystycznych: okoliczne zamki, Pustynia Błędowska, Ojców, Olkusz..Po wycieczkach hotel daje możliwość świetnego relaksu: SPA, basen, programy animacyjne dla dzieci i dorosłych. Kuchnia hotelowa dobra, chociaż dość droga.
Miejsce godne polecenia.

Hotel ma doskonałe położenie dla tych co chcą zwiedzić jurę krakowsko-częstochowską - pieszo, rowerem czy samochodem. Miejsce doskonałego relaksu.
Dobra kuchnia hotelowa, chociaż dość droga, a porcje małe. Obsługa dyskretna i uprzejma. Jest małe ale, bardzo interesujące rozwiązania architektoniczne lecz wykonanie niektórych elementów z niskiej jakości materiałów, np. farby, lakier na meblach…Jak na niedawno otwarty hotel widać zużycie pokoi.
