Lots of things for young kids to do and places on property to get food from very casual to better dining. Rooms were very nice sized and comfortable. Only problem was when my wife wanted to move chair around to more fully face Sun staff person came by and told her she couldn’t move chair like that.

Aulani is at secluded area of Oahu (next to Paradise Cove luau). It is nice and clean. I thought I was going to be greeted by Disney characters around the entrance but they are at certain time and certain place throughout the day. The entrance looks luxurious, clean and the staff are available around where you can ask questions. We arrived early where you can download the app to check in but it has to be 24 hour before so we didn’t make it on time and had to be in line. The line is long but moves pretty fast. The front desk said that I will get a text for my room number before 3. But since I didn’t get the text after 3, I went in line again. You can still get the bracelet at the pool area once you get there so you can enjoy the pool area. The bracelet changes color everyday. The room is nice but small with balcony. The staff only takes out trash but did not clean or make our beda daily. They have lazy pool, 2 different slides (one with a raft and another one is tube without a raft), infinity pool, hot spa, splash pool, and kiddy pool. The pools that my teenagers enjoy are lazy river and slides. The lagoon is nice and clean but I don’t see any fish or living animals or coral although the sign said watch out for jelly fish. Overall, it is a nice secluded place. It was our first tine and we were not totally impressed by it. Our kids are grown out of Disney characters. Too bad they didn’t put characters for older kids. For the price I would rather stay in Waikiki area.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Aulani! Our room was very clean, the cast members were very friendly, we loved seeing the fab 5 in their tropical outfits but best of all we enjoyed our view of the sunset while sitting at the beach at the resort.

飛行場からのアクセスが少し不便。専用のシャトルバスがあったら便利だと思う。 ホテル自体はとても静かで清潔でサービスもよく、フロントの係の方もとても親切でにこやかだった。 部屋の物はすべて清潔で使いやすかったが、お風呂のお湯の調節が難しかった。またベッドが高すぎて登りにくかった。隠れミッキーももう少しいてもいいのでは？ 中庭は素晴らしく、プールも使いやすい。ただし、軽食系の店が少なくバラエティーが少ないと思った。 お店の方も明るく、丁寧だった。 全体的にとても良いstayになったと思う。
