Fifth stay at this hotel. Consistent excellent service from the hotel staff. We had an issue with our room which they promptly fixed. Am impressed. The room was new and cleaned daily. Check in and out were quick. Hotel is conveniently located above the popular Platinum Mall which can accessed via the hotel lobby escalator. Will highly recommend to stay here.

Room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and warm and patient in responding to our queries. The cleaning staff were also efficient and knew what we needed and top up what we needed, eg, hair towels.
What’s more, there’s halal food just one floor below hotel. So the hotel is strategically well positioned to all the shopping places, Platinum mall, Pratunam market, Big C, Central World, December’s, etc
