Staying at Swissotel as a first timer was an unforgettable experience. Right from the Reception Desk, meeting with Mehzan (hope I got the name right) was so pleasant and welcoming. The team lead overseeing the Restaurant was a super nice guy. On our last day, we were served a tasty carrot, moist, flavorful, and packed with sweet, carroty goodness to say: “Good bye”, and on it was written; “See you soon”. That was so sweet and amazing. We’d sure be back soon. Thank you for your hospitality and warmth.
