Taking into account the high temperatures during our stay we were not able to use the air conditioning as it was set to warm, this lead us to sleep with an open window due to the warm weather and the noise from outside was terrible and we couldn’t sleep well, also the TV set was not working and although reported it was never repaired during our stay, very disappointing considering the star rating and the ano we paid for our stay

The hotel and staff was amazing but we have a little issue. I left my sunglasses on the sofa in the lobby and I asked them to shown me the video cameras bcs someone took them but they said that they don’t have access. For the rest the hotel was great. Very clean and the staff was great and friendly.
