Great Resort with Disney Magic
Disney resorts never fail to amaze. Customer service is beyond compare. Before you go, make sure to call Disney to have them link your hotel room to your My Disney account. This will save you time at checkin and also allow you to book Disney’s Magical Express as needed! Great resort, though it is large. So be aware unless you’re in a family suite you’ll be walking a fair distance to your room. Skyliner to Epcot and Hollywood Studios is amazing, though sometimes busses are quicker. Overall amazing resort. Be sure to check dining times- as they close the same time as parks do for the most part.

Fun hotel!
Fantastic hotel! Our fist time staying on Disney & plan to every time in the future. With a 3.5yo, we didn't use the gondola or public transportation or the pool, but will look into it next time & utilize what the hotel has to offer. The only thing we wish we had was a microwave to warm our daughter's milk, but we made due with hot water & convection. & the restaurant was a mad house...Til we meet again, Disney!

True Cleanliness concern
The facility, staff, and eclectics were pleasing! The rooms appeared tidy, but surfaces were ultimately dirty. My son's feet after walking barefoot on the floor after a shower were black :(

Just Basic for a Disney Resort!
I will start with a positive.. the big pool was fun for adults and children or grandchildren! Outdoor pool food also good but limited. Very inconvenient to order one thing for adults outside but not have a children’s menu outside. I was very disappointed to find when we arrived that house keeping is on an every other day basis - supposedly due to Covid! No one gave us this information at check in. So guests had trash outside their doors constantly. By the third day I called house keeping to ask when they would drop off clean towels, coffee, cups, toilet paper, just basic essentials. They did arrive very shortly. Linens would not be changed I was told during our week due to COVID restrictions- no beds would be made due to Covid. I stayed an entire week with 2 visits from house keeping, I found this unacceptable due to we were always in need of something basic. Only 3 guests were in this room. The breakfast ordered each morning was good, but everyday even when we ordered the same meal would be different! Sometimes bacon and sausage, other times just bacon, sometimes one waffle, sometimes three!! No one was overly friendly, just basic service! A little disappointing! I have had exceptional stays at Disney in the past but this resort I will not be returning to!

Great Hotel for families with kids
Stayed here for 10 days during spring break 2021. Recommended if you have little kids. It’s a kids dream hotel. Nice large rooms. Their reduce menu and restaurant options because of covid makes the food choices not great. There were days we didn’t want to eat because of the choices they had. If you have little kids this is a great hotel. If not, I would recommend a nicer place.
