Or Rosie packing me snacks and making me coffee to take with me during my checkout. Breakfast was fantastic and it’s easy to see why this place is rated 10/10. Bedroom was neat and cozy and tidied promptly. I honestly think this may be the best hotel in Hanoi. Lest I forget, the spa was great. Everyone I encountered treated me like they owned the hotel and wanted to give the best experience. I would love to visit and stay here again."

The breakfast is in a sister hotel only 2 minutes walk away at my pace . I didn't really eat there much. But it was basic but ok . The room is cleaned every day. 2 bottles of water in the fridge every time. I was happy here."
