    A convenient aparthotel in Asakusa

The hotel was perfect for my trip. It's located in Asakusa, very close to the Tsukuba Express station, and an 8-minute pleasant walk through Nakamise-dori to the Ginza/Asakusa metro lines. The washing machine is a life-saver, as well as the kitchen. I got wagyu beef from a nearby supermarket for 435 yen, cooked that on a pan, and put it on top of the veggie/rice bento I bought at the same supermarket, and voila, you'saved over 2500 yens for a perfect dinner without having to go to a restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. Keep in mind the front desk is only open from 7am-9pm. If you need to check in outside of those times, maybe you need to contact the hotel first. Would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Tokyo.

  • 8.0.Very Good

I liked how this property felt more like an apartment than a hotel, which enhanced my ability to live like a local. The combination washer/dryer felt like a wonderful luxury, as I'm used to having to hang my clothes to dry, and it was nice to have cable television and a DVD player. The ventilation was excellent and the air conditioning unit made me feel comfortable during the humid week. Staff were helpful in assisting me in finding the garbage disposal area for when I needed to clear out trash from my room. The two occurrences that I found troublesome-- On my 2nd night, >12 hrs after showering, water drops fell out of the tall shower head and loudly hit the shower floor for about 15 minutes, waking me up at 5am. Also, there was a leak from the sink (I'm not sure how) which happened for one day during my several-night stay, which left the floor wet and later water stained. Other than those two occurrences, I would highly recommend this property to anyone who would like to live more like a local, and seeks out a place within minutes of walking to multiple train stations, shopping, and food. I would definitely come back!

I took my 12 year old son on his first international trip. Since he is on the autism spectrum I wanted to make sure that our hotel was comfortable and a home away from home where we could recuperate after a day of sightseeing. Thankfully, we absolutely loved our stay here. The room included a full sized euro style washer/dryer and a small kitchen with utensils, dishes and pots and pans. The bed was extremely comfortable (not too soft which is my complaint with most hotel beds). The room was kept immaculate by hotel staff and they even also washed our dishes which was a very nice service. The location, in the heart of the Asakusa district, is fantastic: just a few minutes walk away from the Senso-ji temple complex, Hanayashiki amusement park (oldest in Tokyo), Seiyu supermarket, Don Quijote convenience store and literally dozens of restaurants and shops. It's also a short walk from three rail stations so you can see the rest of Tokyo. If you are traveling with someone on the autism spectrum or with children, this hotel is a great choice.

Quiet Accommodation in a Prime Location

Amazing soundproofing. I was on the second floor in a room facing the very busy Hoppy Street and could only hear occasional, muffled noise. I ran a brown noise app on my phone at night just in case and slept well, Friendly staff, very good location, clean, comfortable, washer/dryer in the room (!), good shower. Breakfast is in a small restaurant next door; which offers three selections, so if you’re staying here more than 3 days, you’ll be having repeats. Restaurant staff were very nice and the food was good (coffee was really good). Would definitely stay here again.

Unexpected charges - at checkin asked us to pay 3000 yen per day for our 8 year old who does NOT need extra bed, bedding or towels. We refused. Made us wait 30min while they called their manager. Then told us we had to get another room for our kid! Said that’s their room or else find another hotel! After another 10min while they blamed orbitz then told us for 3000 yen per day then we don’t have to get extra room. Basically cornered us into paying 21000 yen (210 US dollars)

The best hotel I have ever stayed at.

Nothing bad. All good. Better than good really. washer/dryer in room was so convenient. I didn’t use kitchenette area, but it would be perfect for anybody. Everything was clean and the room had plenty of space. Everytime I needed something for my stay to be more comfortable, I either found it in the room or the front desk provided it. Really awesome location too! Tons of stuff going on around it and close to metro. I love this place and will always stay here when coming back to this area!
