Location reasonably accessible to the Haram (10 min walk), but that’s where things end. Service is non-existent. Room did not have towels. No phone service. Over priced for what they offered. Pay a bit more and get a better place.

It took them hours to know I have a reservation because none of them speak English.i arrive at the hotel around 9 am but check me after 4pm because my booking says 4pm and still insist on that time with availability in the hotel.
