Staff: friendly and helpful no matter at concierge, reception and gym room. Facility: well decorated and equipped. Gym room is probably the best hotel’s gym room in town. Changing room is nicely designed and equipped with steam room, sauna room and jacuzzi. Only minor suggestion is to improve the floor coating which is a bit slippery. Room: nicely designed with extraordinary nice Victoria harbour view. Nicely equipped. Minor suggestion is to have individual control on the 3-sides curtains. A great stay and will come back.
