My husband and I stayed at Rocco Forte in Puglia and really enjoyed our stay. It is a slow pace environment surrounded by nature. It is a great place to go and relax, enjoy the spa, your room/ patio. Walk the property, play a little golf, relax by the pool and enjoy some cocktails. The food is great, there is a delicious buffet in the mornings with views of the garden. It would be lovely if they added a water fountain to add a soothing effect in the mornings. The staff is friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place. The only issue we had was the cocktails at the beach club were not good. Stick to a bottle of wine. The beach club is not much of a beach club, it’s nice and the food is amazing but very slow. We still had an amazing time. Also , the rooftop at Rocco Forte where you could go and enjoy drinks should be set up with furniture/ seating, and a bar up there with music playing. I think it would really elevate the experience there. Overall we had a good time, we left relaxed and with good memories.

Loved the room and grounds and an excellent base to explore Ostuni, Polignano, Alberobello, etc. The 2 areas of improvement would be the beds- extremely hard and not comfortable - and wished they had an espresso machine in the room which is typical of other hotels in this area in same price range.
