8/10 Very good

Well located boutique hotel within a strolling distance from the old town. Surrounding one way streets and limited hotel parking spots makes it difficult to station the car. Good breakfast ran efficiently by a young local crew from that area which is mostly immigrant oriented.

Excellent hotel: Gym, pool, 2 restaurants ((1 Michelin) . Lovely garden and wonderful rooms . Faultless.

8/10 Very good

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, tasty chocolates, comfy bed! Only negatives were very expensive breakfast (so we ate out) and too low level lighting in the bedroom.

10/10 Exceptional

Very conveniently located; close to but not in the middle of the tourist area. Excellent breakfast. Looks like it's been set up by people who have traveled a lot themselves, and are fed up with tiny glasses, canned juice and coffee from machines. Everything here is fresh!!

The staff was wonderful. The check-in person was so helpful orienting us to the city and making recommendations. And, when we left she organized a taxi. When he didn't show up as scheduled, she went above and beyond to get another one quickly and figured out a different train station so we could more easily catch the correct train. Then stayed with us to confer with the driver on the change of destination. It was all so very helpful and appreciated.
