Loved the room! Super comfortable, and the view of the lakefront was stunning. Room was clean, and welcoming. I love the ease of the access, to the room. Only suggestion for other travelers is to prebook your parking, as it can be limited in the area.

It was a beautiful room. We didn't have a problem navigating the smart features. Getting in and out wasn't a problem. Parking was a bit of a trick as I am in a wheelchair. Again, we figured it out. We will definitely consider The Intrepid again. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

Had a nice spacious one bedroom suite with the Lakeview. It was nicely decorated and clean. There was an issue with the touchpad entering the building. It took several minutes just to get in the building. Other than that, everything was good.

Location was ideal, parking was not as it’s extra per night. The unit was very clean except for some hair left on the shower wall. The main door to get in the building was sometimes a challenge to get the keypad to turn on. The view from the room was nice.

The room was cold. There were two thermostats, one I could change and the other I couldn't. Didn't seem to make a difference. The fan or whatever it was in the ceiling kept blowing cool air. I sat on the couch with the blanket and my jacket over me. It would be nice to have some kind of list of TV channels. Almost everything I chose said to sign up for a free trial. I finally found a station I could get and just kept it on that all evening. There was no body wash. And I mean none. Couldn't even get a drop out of it. And having to pay $25 to park in that little dumpy area is ridiculous. They should be paying us to park there!

We were locked out of the building for quite some time. We were given a staff code to finally get in which meant we had access to all rooms. Kinda scary if you think about it.Their is no staff on site so everything is done by phone. Then our reservation was wrong,and the bed was saggy. Woke up with a back ache. If you are looking for warm and friendly this is not for you.
