6/10 Good

The room was nice and convenient to shops and restaurants. The only negative experience was with the bathroom. There was only a tub, no shower. I was there for work and didn’t have time for a bath. Needless to say, getting washed in a tub was a challenge. Also, cleaning staff never replenished the tissues or toilet paper. Other than that, the stay was nice. Would recommend it, but avoid the JR suite if you want a normal shower.

Staff was extremely helpful, the first run had a odor and they quickly fixed it but moving rooms. They even helped us to the new room. The food was amazing as well

Love the location and distance to shops and restaurants, very walkable. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working in my room. However, weather cooled down and the open window was pleasant. The staff was excellent as usual! Whenever we are in the area we try to stay at SAKS!

Very walkable to art museum, restaurants and shopping. Room was sound proof, well appointed and clean. Staff helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Parking garage has easy access to hotel. Great stay will come back if in the area.

Excellent stay. Clean room, comfy bed and large space for the room. Only thing negative is some tv channel didn’t work, however they have a HDMI cord ready already plugged into the tv for you to watch some shows from your laptop. Great stay, I will be back there

Room was fine, Staff did their best but heating in the room not working and i wasn’t allowed to change rooms. The gave me a small portable heater that works some of the time. Not good enough for the price paid
My heater, as the room heating doesn’t work

Only issue was the church bells starting at 6am. But others in our party in other parts of the hotel weren't bothered by it. Nice restaurant attached, great location, lovely staff

So… for the amount that you pay per night it totally was not worth it. I said that it still was not even a refrigerator or microwave in the room. Great location but not The price. You are basically paying for location.

4/10 Fair

Extremely loud inside my room; I heard people vomiting, screaming, fighting, and honking horns 3 of the 6 nights I was there until about 5AM. The AC was broken. The most significant thing that I am deeply disturbed by is after I checked out, I received a call from reception regarding an item in my trash can and asked if I meant to leave it behind. They went through my TRASH!! That’s very personally violating! The staff was otherwise awesome.

This is a 2 star motel with incredible images - not a 4.5 star hotel The location is across from Rewe where 16 year olds hang out with beer bottles in their hands. The restaurant downstairs is way overpriced. $30 for a chicken and it is like cafeteria food.
