Stayed 4 nights 9-13 October 2026 as a family of 3 including a 3 year old, on half board basis. Hotel was busy but never felt crowded. Occasionally a small wait at dinner for a table if we wanted to be outside. We had requested a suitably located room as my husband had recently injured his leg and were in La Gracioza on Floor 1, same floor as pools and restaurants and all facilities. Good food especially the live cooking stations, the burger was great. The heated pools (we used both the main family pool and the one with slides) were a nice temperature and while the kid was cold when coming out, he warmed up nicely in the sun once dried and changed. Being only 15mins from the airport is nice. We would definitely like to come again if we can.

I particularly enjoyed the aqua aerobics in the pool each day at 12- the guys from the animation team were excellent- made them good fun. Reception staff were particularly helpful. Good selection of fresh food & the entertainment in the evenings was very good.

The Gardens are beautiful with lush greenery, many water features and a back door onto the promenade, a Mini Golf area, several swimming pools, fish pond, a couple of cafes and a multitude of sun loungers. you are bound to feel relaxed in such salubrious surrounds

Overall nice hotell, the property does have some downside when the weather isn't optimal. When it rained there were many windows leaking and it was wet inside several places. The cleaning was good, the staff friendly and were doing their best but the hotel should improve on this. Overall also more senior guests so having wet floors could increase these guests slipping.

The ideal holiday hotel

Fabulous holiday at this beautiful hotel. We stayed all inclusive and it was great This hotel is spotlessly clean, a great variety of all foods. Literally situated close to the beach. There are loads of sun loungers & towels available. The Director & her staff are so friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
