I had a wonderful and memorable experience during my stay at this Sofitel hotel while performing Umrah with my wife. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing after long days of worship. The staff were exceptionally friendly, respectful, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made our stay truly enjoyable. We sincerely appreciate the excellent service and hospitality, and we would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for Umrah. Thank you for making our spiritual journey even more special. We look forward to staying here again, Insha’Allah!

Hotel overall was nice especially the location. Otherwise it is slightly outdated. Lifts taking too long. Some of the facilities in the room outdated and to the point that they are on the verge of breaking.
