Excellent location across the road from the V&A Waterfront. Although we did eat breakfast once at the sister hotel (Victoria & Alfred) which is on the waterfront, we preferred the Manor House for its boutique feel and calm atmosphere.
The location is completely safe which enabled us to walk around without concern day or night.
Excellent breakfast.

The Victoria hotel at matta house is a perfect small five-star hotel right across the street from the marina where there are multiple restaurants and shops. Rooms and service were excellent. Recommended to anyone.

We enjoyed a four night stay at the hotel. This is our second visit - location brilliant in an historic area of the waterfront. Staff very helpful, facilities exceptional with a beautiful pool area and fabulous spa ! Will go again!
