2/10 Poor
I am a frequent traveler to CO. This was my 1st time staying in Granby. We enjoyed the area of Granby and the skiing. However, the home was a HUGE disappointment. The home itself has great potential to be a wonderful place, however, the property mgr/owner has not tapped into that. Due to the character limit I cannot go into the detail i would like to about the issues with this place, so I will have to keep it pretty basic and say that if you want to stay in a home that you and your family feel safe and comfortable in, this is NOT the home for you!
The beds are HORRIBLY uncomfortable. The majority of my family left a day early because they could not sleep and woke hurting (YOUNG ADULTS)
The Tstats are all faulty. We had them set to 65 and the home would continuously heat to 77 plus degrees, would have probably reached higher, but we opened doors to cool it off. Mind you it was well under freezing outside so there is NO reason for it to get that hot. With No fireplace or other sources of heat in the house.. (There is a ceiling fan in 2 bedrooms and that is it)
Power went out one night and only partially came back on. Spent HOURS on the phone with mgmt co. to finally figure out it was a breaker issue with multiple breakers. The "local property manager" was rude or completely unresponsive. The home was not clean, and had NO cleaning products or even a simple broom and dustpan. Was given 1 towel per person. And this was for an 8 day stay.
