An excellent choice for a stay in Antwerp. Room was excellent, clean, well maintained, good rain shower, coffee machine, kettle etc. Very close to the central station. My only comment is the surprise €150 deposit on check in. No mention anywhere when booking. The reception guy said they are going to fix this.i will stay again.

Very clean hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is accessible to all the part of Antwerp that we wanted to visit. However the walls of the rooms are very thin and the amenities basic (only shampoo, no conditioner, for example), the keyless entry code to your room is quite loud to enter (especially when your partner is sleeping), but overall an excellent hotel

Excellent location and great hotel

We had a lovely stay. Stayed in a family room of four beds. Room and en-suite were very clean. Air con in the room. Lobby area and social area are beautifully decorated. All the staff we dealt with there were courteous, friendly and informative. There is some parking out front on the street for loading and unloading bags. I believe it is free other than that overnight and then by a meter for during the day. We booked a parking spot at the train station 10 mins walk. There are many elec car chargers there too.

We booked this supposed 4-star hotel expecting a decent night's sleep, but it was an absolute nightmare. We were placed in Room 115 on the first floor, directly above a restaurant hosting a private party. The music and bass were so loud that the vibrations travelled straight through the floor and into our beds. Because the room lacks basic amenities, including a fridge and a phone to ring reception, we were forced to contact the front desk using our own mobiles. The night receptionist was completely useless. He informed us the music would not stop until 2 AM, refused to move our room, and claimed he could not turn the volume down even slightly. His only offer was a complimentary breakfast starting at 7 AM, which is completely illogical and insulting when their own private event prevented guests from sleeping until the early hours. We tried to address the situation properly before checking out on Sunday, but the manager was conveniently "not in." The property operates more like a nightclub than a hotel on a Saturday, with zero regard for paying guests and non-existent customer service when a genuine issue arises. I absolutely would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Een goed hotel, mooie kamers. Er was slechts 1 probleem: het lawaai van de lift. Bij de start van de lift was er een luide toon die stevig doorklonk, zelfs door de oorstoppen die ik mee had gebracht. Hetgeen me wellicht nog het meest stoort is dat het personeel op de hoogte was. Toen ik het meldde aan de receptie was er helemaal geen verrassing. Waarom wordt dit dan niet opgelost? En waarom worden mensen niet naar andere kamers geleid? Het kan gebeuren dat er een defect is, maar in dat geval zou het klantvriendelijker zijn om de klant hier op zijn minst van te informeren (en dan zelf oorstoppen aan te bieden ;-))

Hotel ist sehr neu und wirklich schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist auch gut, nicht direkt in der Innenstadt, aber man ist schnell mit der Straßenbahn dort. Mit dem Parken sollte man sich vorher informieren, leider keine eigenen Parkplätze. Bei Check-In wurden wir über eine Kaution (150€) überrascht, das sollte besser kommuniziert werden. Trotzdem 5 Sterne für diese Unterkunft, ich würde es weiterempfehlen.
