8/10 Very good

Restaurant and bar served good food, hotel room was really nice but needed a bit more attention on the cleaning due to finding a used earbud under the seat and hair on the floor in the bathroom. Uber taxi ranges from 15-30£ to Utrecht and 60-120£ to Amsterdam

8/10 Very good

When we arrived the room was not cleaned properly, but a quick run to the reception and they fixed it right away. Very helpful and nice front staff! Really nice restaurant at the hotel and a great breakfast buffet. Walking distance to Oude Dorp with restaurants and some shopping.

Great business hotel

Newly renovated property. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Restaurant is nice. Room service is to be avoided, due to excessive demivery on room fee.

Fantastic room (701), big and spacious. Very quiet with exceptional views. The bathroom was very spacious with a big bath and generous shower enclosure, clean and tidy. TV had BBC channels and Channel 4!

4/10 Fair

Great staff terrible nights sleep

Friendly and professional staff as always. The let down again is the building work. More relevant is the high pitched drone of the water pressure through the pipes when anyone uses water..... Terrible nights sleep (on 7th floor) worst ive ever had, lije a torture chamber.
