I returned to this hotel as I loved my first visit; however, I will not return again. Though I mentioned that we were celebrating a special event, registered for an "Executive Room," and staying a week, we were given a room next to the kitchen (room 105), which was noisy starting at 7am and until 11:30pm. I requested a move, but was told they were full; however, at breakfast I watched people come and go--we could have easily been moved because of the length of our stay.
Throughout our visit, there was no consistent internet--it would work for 5 min and then not again until the next day or not at all. I had to go to the cafe up the street to connect.
When we arrived there were no hangers in the closet--I asked for 3 days before they were delivered.
The main shower head was broken, only the hand held one worked. They didn't bother to try to fix it, so we just made do.
Service sometimes came, sometimes not. We would return at 3pm and have to request that the room be cleaned and then also request additional towels since they consistently only supplied for 1 person.
The valet and breakfast people were consistently friendly and wonderful. The front desk people didn't care that we had issues and made no attempt to improve our stay. They just didn't care.
When I checked out, I told the manager the continued issues. She made no apologies or any attempt to get me to return. She just didn't care. I told her I will not be returning. This is NOT a 5 star hotel--I was so disappointed
