Fees & policies

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 31 October, EUR 2.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.

Optional extras

• Buffet breakfast is offered for an extra charge of approximately EUR 25 per person
• Spa access is available for an extra charge of EUR 20 per night

Children & extra beds

• Babysitting is available for an extra charge
• Children's club access is available for an extra charge

Pets

• Service animals exempt from fees
• Pet deposit: EUR 100 per stay
• Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 25 per pet, per day

Parking

• Covered self parking costs EUR 10 per day

Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)

• Facility access costs EUR 20 per person, per night. Facilities include fitness facilities, a sauna, and a swimming pool.
• Guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the fitness facility or hot tub
• Guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the spa
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments and can be made by contacting the property before arrival at the number on the booking confirmation
