Pokój był zimny a ogrzewanie nie działało,wstawiono nam grzejnik elektryczny.Telewizja nie działała . Rano po zejściu na śniadanie zastaliśmy jedną panią która była zajęta przyjmowaniem płatności kartą i puste talerze z jedzeniem -nie było talerzy,kubków,bułek ,resztka chleba,po jednym plasterku żółtego sera i białego .Słowem nie było co zjeść .Dopiero po zgłoszeniu do recepcji coś się jednak znalazło.
