This hotel is a very nice and beautiful property; however, don’t let that fool you if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to spend your well-deserved vacation days. There are no clear policies regarding infants or children, so if you’re hoping for a silent and relaxing day by the pool, this may not be the ideal place. In addition, the hotel also serves as a base for kite-surf enthusiasts. That being said, facilities such as the breakfast room can become crowded very quickly, often filled with loud and disrespectful guests. There is absolutely no control over the use of the hotel’s common areas, such as the couches in front of the property—external people can literally just sit down and enjoy the sunset for free. Furthermore, all these issues could be overlooked if the staff were attentive and treated guests with a minimum of kindness, but they generally seem unwilling to be bothered, with a few exceptions of course. To sum up, if you’re looking for a noisier resort with unfriendly staff, this might be the hotel for you. Otherwise, I would suggest opting for something more boutique-oriented.

We had a great weekend stay. A location right on the beach, beautiful grounds and pool. The room was rustic and chic, but felt like a really fun tree house. The food and drinks were excellent. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Our family of four could not have been happier with our visit. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the grounds of the property are beautifully maintained. The comfort apartment was perfect for our family, spacious and with an amazing private outdoor shower. My daughter and I enjoyed massages on site, and both kids learned to windsurf at the onsite water sports school. The included breakfast was great, with option of made to order omelettes, waffles and tapioca wraps. Lunch and dinner included some unique local dishes, everything was delicious. Overall a great stay and we hope to return again!

Perfect Holiday (almost!)

The hotel location is beautiful. We arrived from a (long) 4 hour drive from Fortaleza around 5:15 in the afternoon, just in time for a perfect sunset. Staff are extremely friendly and efficient. Always helpful. I am a native portuguese speaker, but my wife is not, so, that few to none of the staff spoke english is a bit of an issue for foreigners. The lady at reception did speak some english. The garden is well kept with local trees and fruits. The pool area and lounge area are comfortable and relaxing. It is a small hotel, so even if fully booked, it will not feel over crowded. The restaurant and bar area are perfect. local drinks, like caipirinha, made with local fruits (cashews, pineapple,...). The food is of excellent quality. Fresh local seafood cooked to perfection. Not cheap, but same price as in the village restaurants. The hotel has a windsurfing school operating in it. We used it almost everyday we were in Jeri. Great activity to have, and very fun, even for beginners. All in all, would definitely recommend this hotel (top quality and service at reasonable price) and Jericoacora (friendly village and national park, full of activities and natural beauty). What a great 1 week stay.

Pousada muito boa, pe na areia com a vibe de jeri. Café da manhã perfeito com bastante opções e variados pratos feitos na hora. Piscina comserva a agua quente. Quartos sempre limpos e arrumados, disponibilizam toalhas de piscina nos quartos diariamente. Quarto com shampoo e condicionador alem de repelente secador toalhas de banho. Camas muito confortáveis. Reservamos um apartamente para cadal e filha bebe. Quarto bem espaçoso com cama king e de solteiro. Foi reservado tambem outro quarto para dois adultos esse possuia varias aberturas na parede e tero o que torjava o quarto muito fresco sem nem precisar de ventilador porem em uma dessas aberturas da parede do banheiro diariamente ia uns sapos pequenos ate a pia do banheiro, acho que poderia ser valido uma telinhanpara proteger essa parede mas as pessoas que ficaram la so comentaram nao reclamaram disso. A pousada possui restaurante para almoço e jantar a la carte. Prato infantil é bem servido. Deram baldinho de praia pra minha filha que adorou o presente na chegada. Entregam diariamente um doce no final da tarde nos quartos. Equipe muito prestativa e animados sempre dispostos a ajudar. Agua quente e fria nos chuveiro e com boa pressão. Espetaculo o por do sol da pousada eles colocam uns colchonetes para conforto dos hospedes no gramado da praia. Voltaria a me hospedar, e com criança muito bon estar em frente a praia.

Hospedagem incrível, experiência extraordinária. Recomendamos para todos e retornaremos logo que possível. A hospedagem é diferente do habitual, a conexão com a natureza, com a paz, e poder se desligar com facilidade da correria do dia a dia é incrível. A palafita foi uma experiência indescritível, ter dias sem ar condicionado e TV, foi fácil. Inegável que tem a presença de alguns animais, inclusive dentro do quarto, mas faz parte de todo o contexto. A educação de todos é um diferencial. A parte da alimentação é maravilhosa. Café da manhã é um momento especial demais.
